Some things to note during your stay:
- Please be mindful of our neighbors on Palm Row as they do live here full time.
- Please keep noises to a minimum after 10pm (per city ordinance).
- The main house is often rented separately from the adjacent apartment. Bothhave private entrances and assigned parking spots. If you rent the apartment,your assigned parking is LEFT side of garage (one spot), if you rented the mainhouse, your parking is on RIGHT(two spots). Parking on the grass is not permitted.
When checking out:
- Please take all sheets off beds and leave beside the bed.
- Leave used towels in the bathroom.
- Please make sure the dishwasher is loaded and set to wash.
- Please take all trash/Recycling out to its proper receptacle.
